larry epperson you said your patriot headers clear everything in your 57? what kind of tranny you have.Ive got a 700r4 tranny 168 tooth flex plate and about the only thing i kind find that might work is a shorty header,just about like the old ram type from the ol days. ya happen to know what type of patriots ya got on your 57?

Dave,
I installed the side mount engine supports, the 700R4 transmission, Power steering and the clearance is tight but clears. You have to cutoff the original rear supports[support at the bell housing] and easier to do with the engine out, to work. Your support is then the side mounts and trans tail shaft. If your using the original engine supports your options may only be the shorty headers??

I can give you the part number later but the catalog just list them for the tri-fives. I bought mine at JEGS but SUMMIT has them also. If you go to the AUTORAMA this weekend you can get additional assistance.

Hey thanks Larry.
Gonna try to make it to the show this weekend for sure.I keep running into the deal of having a 168 tooth flex plate and with that the only thing would be shorty headers.If i get to the show hopefully i can get some more info.Thanks for the comeback.
