Join us Saturday, October 5 (Saturday) at 9:30 (10:00 departure) in the Northern Tool parking lot In Garland for a slow cruise through some old back roads and five small towns to the Bel Air Café in Greenville for lunch.
This is a new café with lots of car related memorabilia and two Classic Chevys out front.
After eating, those that need gas can fill up at an Ethanol-Free station before heading home.
We should be home by about 3:00 p.m.

Questions?, Call Marv Cowden 972-262-FIVE six Three two

Watch here for a weather related cancellation.
It appears that any moisture will be gone by 8:00, so for now I say lets roll.

I believe we will have good weather. The Wife and I are looking forward to the cruse with great friends and Kool classic cars.

Alan

P.s. Marv, I am so happy you find these places for us to go and setting up our cruses. What a great way to spend a Saturday!

P.s.s.

I didn't know Falfa had a first name. His only quote I remember is: "That can't be your car, that must be your Mamma's car!"

Actually, Diane Preston is the source of this cruise destination. I just plan the route so we can enjoy driving our cars at a leisurely pace.
If any of you have a favorite eating place you'd like us to cruise to, let me know, the list of 'Cruisen for Calories' destinations is growing.

I must comment that I love Marvin's new wheels on his car. When I grow up some day I want to buy a set of wheels like his.

We sure the heck did find some calories, burgers, chicken fried steaks, pork chop sandwiches, and for desert, a root beer float topped everything off.

Alan, I'm afraid you'll have to wait for your second childhood to come around before you can have wheels like mine.

Thanks Marv, I'm happy that someone see's me as an adult. However, when it come to many things such as cars, I'm sill 14 years old; mentally if not in chronological age.

Thanks again for being the Trail Boss of our little jaunts in the country. Getting together with club mates and getting to drive the Tri-Five through the country is priceless. These types of activities are why I joined the club and stick around.

Let's do more, that's what I say!
