A wrenches project is scheduled for Thursday, Nov 14 at 9:30 to repair and recharge Alan Strong's A/C system at Alan's house. If you want to help or just observe, PM, call or email Don Andre at WRENCHES@DallasClassicChevy.com for the address.

Barring a Cub Scout Den Camp Out that may get planned for same weekend i will be there to help Alan become "cool". Ken - you know A/C is a year round requirement in Tejas...Mr Strong was only thinking of us club members in waiting till the cool of November to perform some repairs and "suffered" all thru the hot summer with "two-55" A/C (hardy har har).

As an aside, passed the knowledge to the next generation of the lost car innovation of wing windows...my eight year old Adam discovered the value of wing windows this weekend and asked why new cars don't have these anymore. Another reason to have a classic car, don't make 'em like they used to.
