Have a custom radiator/condenser/reservoirs/core support that was set up for my now gone '56 Bel Air. I've replaced the '56 with a '55 Bel Air. With the fenders and hood being different between the '55 and the '56, I'm assuming that the core supports will not interchange. The company that I bought the custom unit from in Arizona has closed after its owner died in 2010 so I can't ask them. At first look, it appears that the angle of the mounting tabs to fenders are at a different angle on the '55 and '56 core supports, Anything else? At the worst, maybe I could mount all the custom components on the original core support. I guess that's why they call it custom...Ed
UPDATE: Did some research. AM Radiators in Phoenix is still in operation. I can exchange my core support for the correct '55 support. $100 re-stocking + freight both ways. All the components will transfer to the '55 support without a problem. Problem, hopefully resolved...Ed |

Keep your original core support just in case. I would have saved time and money by just transferring the new aluminum components to the old core support. |
