I am taking the stock wheels, wide whites and hub caps off my 56. I am going with the Crager SS in 15". What size tires and width of mag can I go with to clear the stock inner fenders that wont rub. I am thinking 15X7 fronts with 15X10 rear. Will these clear and what size tires will fit. Want a wider tire in the rear. Thanks for the help!
Don

I don't think the 15x10 will work. I have a 15x6 front with t BFG TA 215/70/15 it 26.9 tall 8.5 wide. I tried a 205/60/15 and it was so short it just looked stupid realy stupid it was 25.2 tall. In the back I have a 15x7 with a 255/60/15 it is 10" wide on a 15x7 and 10.2 on a 15x8 I only have about .5 inch on each side. If you went with the 15x8 get 4" backspace. I think you would get a good look with 15X6 215/65/15 and 16X8 with a 245/55/16 or 255/55/16. I know this is not the pro street look you wont but would look good. I use a 15x7 with a 235/60/15 bfg et street slick to race.
