David introduced club officers. Officers in attendance: David Graves, Marvin Johnson, Dean Schmidt, Greg Hedum. David asked everyone in the room to introduce themselves. He thanked Richard and Julie Stokes along with Roger Lynskey and all the staff at Stoked Out for their hospitality. Stoked Out provided lunch.

Old Business:

1) Greg Hedum gave a recap of the October Drive-In cruise. About 15 cars attended. We discussed altering the plan for 2007 by leaving earlier in the day and perhaps shopping in downtown Granbury before the movie. Greg will contact the Granbury Chamber of Commerce for some info/organization.

4) David talked about the 2007 Autorama display. 50th Anniversary of the ’57 Chevy will be the theme. Handouts of the displayed cars will be available at the show and throughout the year with funding provided by Stoked Out and Reliable Chevrolet.
5) Dean Schmidt gave the Treasurer’s report. Income was over $10,000 from Lone Star registrations and over $12,500 from sponsors. Total income was just under $24,000. Expenses totaled about $20,700. Current club account balance $7300.

New Business:

1) Stoked Out is now a Danchuk parts dealer. Discounts given to all DACC members and save on shipping when buying from Stoked Out.
2) The Dallas Ramps build project will be held Dec. 9. Kevin Brown gave a short description of the project. Let Larry Rollow know if you can help out.
3) Club Christmas party will be held at the Schmidt’s on Dec. 9th. Gift exchange, BYOB and light tour. Check out the website for more info.
4) David talked about Lone Star 25 coming up May 4-6, 2007 in Austin. More details to come.
5) We’re developing the 2007 events schedule. Send ideas to David.
6) 2006 elections were held, Greg Hedum coordinating. Marvin Johnson (Vice President) and Dean Schmidt (Treasurer) were re-elected by acclaim as they ran unopposed. Two Board positions were up for election. John Rush, Larry Rollow and Dan Bunch ran as candidates. John Rush and Dan Bunch were elected by written ballot.
