We have a pretty nice outing set up for our 'Day at the Drags', we will be racing in the Texas Muscle Car Club Challenge series event at North Star Dragway in Denton, Tom Walker's white enclosed trailer and black '56 Sedan Delivery will serve as our central gathering point in the pits, come race or come and support those who are racing as the Tri Five Chevys take on the other clubs in 1/8 mile drag racing, this is a great opportunity for first timers to make some passes on the strip as DACC will have plenty of members to assist you on the particulars and there are classes for ALL cars... the best part is there will be PLENTY OF BURGERS, HOT DOGS, DRINKS and more so come hungry and bring lawn chairs. Gates open at 9AM, iinfo at www.TMCCC.org ..
Chime in if you are planning to attend.. I will be there supporting those racing! _________________ In My Garage -

I'm solicitating help from anybody that can arrive at the track very early to help me cone-off an area for the club and set-up stuff. _________________ "A Classic Car is Not Aerodynamic" |

On big events like the TMCCC the fuel shed is operating as I have made purchases there in the past. You should be able to get all the race fuel and NOS you can afford and carry away. Just get in line early. _________________ "A Classic Car is Not Aerodynamic" |

Stephen and I will likely attend - cheer on all DACC and OkState Alumni drag racers! Handyman will have to stay home as the power steering pump is out and I'm still waiting on new parts to arrive. Geoff Clark |
