Does anyone know if there is a cross reference for the hardware part numbers that are called out in the Factory Assembly Manual for the 55 that would provide the description for the hardware?
Example: Bolt #122138...what is it?
Seems like the guy that had been doing the work on my car managed to lose some of the hardware before I had to go collect my car from him.

I thought everyone knew that. It's a 3/8-16 hex headed bolt 1 1/8" long. Laughing

Just kiddin'. A lot of the time you can google the part #. I googled "GM bolt 122138" and several places indicated that's what it was. Example (bottom of page). .....

Also, if you have a 1955 parts catalog, there is a section for "standard parts" that may have it, unless it's a special part. Then it may be under the part that it attaches in the parts book.
