In this 'Sticky' section, posted will be a listing of specialty tools that can be borrowed for club members use. There will be a deposit required for each item, so that we don't loose them. These tools likely will belong to other club members who are offering them up for use, so please respect their use. All tool requests should be directed through Bill Preston or Don Andre (our WRENCHES coordinators). They will then contact the appropriate person about getting the tool available to you. ALSO, if you have a specialty tool that you think other club members may find useful, contact Bill or Don and let them know and we may list the tool here. Marvin Cowden created this set of tools for lifting the body off of a frame. Deposit of $100 is required to use it, contact DallasClassicChevy@gmail.com to arrange to use this tool.

Here we have a tube flaring tool available along with a tube bender, the flaring tool produces top quality flairs on 3/16 tube to 5/8 tube, single and double flare, bender for 3/16 to 5/16 lines.

Buffing setup, stand alone, has all required wheels, you will need to supply buffing compound and may need to replace a wheel or two, setup for stainless buffing

John Yoby has a body dolly available to any club member who needs it, to be used to move a car body around that has been taken off the frame

My rotisserie has just been emptied, after we took Bills 57 Corvetter frame off of it. If anyone wants to borrow it, let me know.
