Those of us, DACC member, that have purchased an air conditioning system recently may have noticed the Black Camaro, Resto has been working on. This was a personal project to prove their system could be 'COLD' even in Death Valley with their dual A/C System!
Just got my new CHEVY High Performance magazine with a nice five page article showing that they not only finished their Camaro but were very successful!!!!

Do the give any tips on how to make the system work better? Mine is ok but I think it should do a better job. Glad to see you posting again!

Alan,
No, no tips. This was a very special installation that was going on while I was doing my installation.
Dual units, front and trunk, both front seats had cooling and all ran on a single Sanden compressor.
Black car sat in 145? Degree temp then started and air outlet temp went to 40deg., cooling the car.
Nothing was said about the engine temperature during this run but I assume was kept at reasonable temp.
I can't keep my engine cool at 90deg.

Started rehab last week, two weeks today since surgery.
Very tiring but making progress.
