What is says is the really fast cars will only run 1/8th mile drags, everywhere. That being electronics, Super Pro Muscle, and Pro Muscle. Those classes all run faster than 7.65 seconds in the 1/8th mile . Those of us running in the King Muscle classes and slower than 7.64 seconds in the 1/8th mile still run the full 1/4 mile at the tracks capable of the full 1/4 mile runs. I personally like the 1/4 mile...So nothing changes for most of the DACC racer except for team B&W Walker and team Gormley.
Oh, I should add quadruple points are give for the Ardmore, OK event and double points for the Dallas Rceway (Crandall, Tx) event.
