It was a long day at Denton yesterday, but had a great ending for James! They continued a race that was rained out earlier in the season, so we did not get started with eliminations until 3:30. Ken and James were the only team DACC guys to get past the first round. James was in the lane up next, when a car had major problems an oiled down the whole track. While they were cleaning that up, there was a mishap in the pits involving a golf cart and a pit bike. It seems like everyone was able to walk away from that, thankfully.
After all that waiting.....Ken reported that James won the Pro class. Yay! |
