If this car is worth $10K what would my car in the Avatar be worth? I know it is what someone is willing to pay for the car, but I wonder what that may be? It has been 15 years since I looked into prices for Tri5s.

To me that car is worth $200. Am I getting that old?
Maybe you get the truck with the purchase of the car
Sorry, too much time on my hands _________________ Texas Classic Chevy Experience

Alan that looks like a car I saw last week in person. If same car everything is all original but the motor and no rust. With new bodies selling for $12,000.00 to me that would be a very fair price. |

Thanks for the reply Kennith. You are my best friend who was in the Tri5 business. If you would please on the next occasion you have to look over my '57 give it a once over and an estimate of its value. I really have no clue. As you have seen with my estimate of value of the pictured car on Craig's List; I am still stuck in the 70's when it comes to Tri5 values.

Compared to you I'm a slacker. But, I have fun with what I do.
I can't wait to get to see the new engine and steering rack in the '56. I can only imagine the mighty growl that many cubic inches's will sound like. If the car is too much for you, I will volunteer to be you driver. If the 2006 Lone Star Drags are indication, I maybe a better driver than Mechanic.
Hope to see you at the crawl.
