It was great to see DACC racers and members supporting them at the race! In the end it was club member Jim Baughan in his '37 Chevy coupe raking in the $cash$ and points having a double up win in Old School No Electronics! Baughan was a blur to his competitors and took wins in the rain delayed April SHRA Spring event and the SHRA Summer event all taking place at the same time! Congrats to Team Baughan (Jim, Christine and daughters who cheered him on!) . This puts him in first place in the class and with 2 events to go (Temple in Sept and Denton in Oct) Jim will be very focused with hopes to take the 2015 SHRA No Electronics Championship!
