I'm installing 3 point belts in my hardtop now. I welded a plate to the inside roof support to fasten the belt and the retractor will be behind the rear seat armrest.

The seats are out of a 90 Chrysler La Baron 4 door. I had to modify the tilt mechanism so they would tilt forward for rear seat entry.
