Hey all. First question: Are we going to try to get a caravan set up for our trip to Round Rock Friday May 4th?

Question #2. I noticed on the registration form that there is a pricy cost for the meal Saturday night. I can't imagine it being mandatory. Is it? If we don't get a meal, do we sit there like dummies? I doubt that I will have my car judged so I might opt to go hear some good music in Austin (or at least cruise the town). Any thoughts?

John and Maggie

We'll be driving the Nomad down to Austin with the group leaving at 10:30 AM on Friday May 4th from the parking lot of the Cracker Barrel Restaurant located at Interstate 35E and Wintergreen in Desoto (just south of I-20), so that we arrive in time for the Friday evening cruise to Walburg, TX for the German Buffet !! ...

This was a GREAT event!!!!!
We had a super turn out of our DACC members. The Austin club did a fabulous job of entertaining everyone.
There'll be a full story and pictures in the next newsletter and on the
web page soon.

Plan to attend next year at the Czech Inn in West, Texas on May 2 & 3, 2008. Sponsored by the
Waco club. Just a short drive down I-35 for a great time!!!!!
