Does anyone know if an electric wiper motor will interfere with the back carb. of a six-pack set up on a 350 in a 1955 chevy? I have the old vacuum motor installed but have not gotten it to work yet. I would like to have something more reliable. If it will fit, I guess I'll be shopping.
Any suggestions?

I don't know if the original size motor will fit but Newport Engineering make a smaller electric motor that uses the original cable drive and mounts to the firewall. https://www.newportwipers.com/products.php?year=1955-56&make_id=1
