KUSTOM KEMPS of AMERICA is having their annual car show in Denison, Texas Oct. 26, 27 & 28. This is a great small call show based out of Missouri. Most of the cars are Mercury's and Ford's of the late 40's and really are driver's. Some come from California and last year a Cadillac from New York. Mileage isn't a problem with these folks since some of the cars have well over 500,000 miles and are stiil in great shape. The Denison town officials are in support of this show and Friday night block off main street for a mini-criuse. There is usually a pretty good turn-out of the local residents to enjoy the sights & sounds. Saturday night is entertainment and that varies. The Platters, Cher impersonator, or local talent. This is FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT!!

We will try to check this one out.
Our fall cruise may fall on the Kustom Kemps weekend
next year, Oct 24-26, 2008. Wanted to see how big this one
is, so we'll know how to integrate it into our Fall Foliage Cruise.

We have really enjoyed this show, not BIG or fancy just good people enjoying kustoms. Dianne hope that you're felling better! Didn't miss much of a show at the drive-in but was a great get together! Enjoyed every mile of it XCEPT runnig out-of-gas 2 miles from home on 635!!

OH WELL!!! at least it was a mental failure not mechanical!!!

at the KKOA show in Denison this weekend?

Looks like registration is Fri night
and show is all day Sat 8-5 ish
and also Sunday til awards are given
at 2 pm.

We just want to go up and spend a couple
of hours sometime during the show.
