I have an aluminum fuell cell in the trunk with sump sticking out. I have an nhra book and will add firewall later. I made straps for it. Can I mount them to the floor or do I need to make a frame. If I do can the frame be under the floor and does it need to tie into the car frame. Also do I need to make a box for the sump?
