I need to either have my rear bumper that has a SMALL dent removed and rechromed. The bumper guards that have the rear license plate lights built in, needs rechroming also. They are starting to shows signs of the chrome flaking.
Should I take my bumper to a shop (where) or buy a replacement (where).
Thanks,
Mark Lamkin

Have them replated. Repop bumpers will never fit as good as the ones on there. I've heard good things about Quality Bumper Service of DFW, 1155 S. Haskell Av., Dallas, 214 824-7300. They can fix dents, ect.

I agree with Don for the best finished product, both in fit and quality of chrome. However, buying aftermarket will hit the pocket book easier. _________________ Texas Classic Chevy Experience

Thanks for the info. I will remove the bumper and take it to be replated. |
