Every Sunday morning at 10am on 105.3 Live FM is a new radio program for drag racing that my son is involved with, look for a Mother's Day interview with Laurie Force (Ashley's momma), along with lots of discussion about the local racing scene, future interviews to include IHRA Nitro FC Champ Dale Creasy, NHRA Nitro FC Champ Tony Pedregon, Top Fuel rookie standout Spencer Massey and more, listen on the radio in DFW or online at www.live1053.com ... website for the show lists upcoming topics and guests along with sound clips from past shows www.racingsportslive.com |

I tuned in and really enjoyed the interviews, reports, and stories. El Presidente, David, reported in live from Bristol, TN at the NHRA race happening there. Learned a bunch about some of the modern fast semi-pro and sportsman drag classes. As an example I never heard before that there are 780 and 880 cubic inch motors being used today. Also learned about the new 1/4 mile strip going in called "Dallas Raceway" on the show's website podcast rendering. Good stuff! Next week the show is 2 hours long starting at 08:00. Some of us will be trying to listen while at the MotorPlex for the Texas Muscle Car Club Challenge event. _________________ "A Classic Car is Not Aerodynamic" |
