GM Arlington Assembly Plant Opens Doors To The Public Jan. 31 – Feb. 3
All eyes will be on the City of Arlington as Super Bowl XLV comes to town on Sunday, Feb. 6.
As an important contributor to this community, and to showcase our world-class UAW-GM employees and vehicles, GM Arlington Assembly will open its doors for four days of plant tours and vehicle test drives on Monday, Jan. 31 through Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011. The public is invited to attend.
Free plant tours will be available from 11:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. & 5:45 p.m. – 8 p.m. all four days. And for the first time, visitors will be invited to bring cameras into the plant and share the rare truck-factory experience with friends and family through social media channels, such as YouTube, Facebook & Twitter.
In addition to tours, our guests will be able to test drive new Chevrolet, Buick, GMC & Cadillac cars and trucks on a closed course, and the UAW-GM Buy American Exhibit will be on-site, complete with show cars, games & UAW-GM displays.
