Well i finally got my engine and tranny in my ol 57 chevy.Now the more i look at that old wiering the more uneasy im a gettn.LOLLL Id hate to see the ol girl go up in smoke.Any suggestions on wiering harness? Im not to saveee when it comes to wireing.Lolll, Well some suggestions would be appreciated for sure.

American Auto Wire (AAW) makes the most complete and easiest to install wiring harnesses. They appear to be expensive at first, but when you add up all the switches, connectors, socket, light sockets boots and other things that are unique to the tri-5's, the price isn't that high. Very few if any of these parts are included in the universal harnesses from EZ Wire and others.
AAW makes a completely stock harness or you can get a up-grade harness that allows for alternator, fans, electric windows, ect.
Many of the Chevy Vendors carry the AAW harnesses.

Thanks for your reply acardon.seems like lots of folks like AAW more than the Painless.I reckon ill go with the upgrade that way ill already have watever wiering i need for AC and heat system.Youll most likely hear from me againe.lolll Thanks again.
