Yes, Blown Inheritance is running Saturday, it's our last points race of the year, we are not in that battle but we hope to mess up things for the ones that are
We will likely stay over for Sunday's TMCCC race to support Team DC on Sunday. _________________ In My Garage -

I was at the track briefly at the beginning of the Sunday TMCCC race and saw several DACC racers in attendance - how did you guys do? _________________ In My Garage -

Not sure how the group did at Denton (hopefully someone will chime in) but here are some shots of our guys in action that I am aware were there ..
Ken Burton - '56 Chevy Sedan
Tom Walker - '56 Sedan Delivery
James Carson - '57 Hardtop
The day before at Denton, the Fall Nostalgia Drag Finals were held and these DACC members were spotted -
Dennis Gormley - '55 Sedan
Sonny Poteet - '55 Hardtop
new member Herschel Cronin - '55 Sedan
and in a 'Other Car' Chris Graves with the family dragster running in the Blown Fuel Association program at this race, with Alan Strong on hand to support the 'Blown Inheritance' team! _________________ In My Garage -

This was a strange day for us. Two of us were running too fast for our class. The cooler dry air added to the confusion and ultimately caused the other Amigo to break out. Will we ever learn?
Quote of the day: "If I knew an LS-3 was this powerful I would have never installed an LS-1" Spoken by the Fast Amigo midday. _________________ "A Classic Car is Not Aerodynamic" |
