Looking for a piece of 4-3/4" square by 1-1/4" thick aluminum plate to use as a spacer for Hydroboost - preferably 6061 but probably any alloy would work - need to mill/drill it. Custom pieces like this online or at metal suppliers is just too expensive. Thanks. -Bob

Clarification:
4-3/4" x 4-3/4" x 1-1/4" plate (hoping someone has some scrap pieces)

Have you tried Discount Steel in North Ft. Worth. You can get a 5" square bar cut off 1 1/4" for $20. http://www.discountsteel.com/items/6061_Aluminum_Square_Bar.cfm?item_id=141&size_no=17
