Amazon sells a new Hobart 140 wire welder for $490.00. So if it is all complete, it could be a deal. Of course Harbor Freight will beat that!
I just got an email from Eastwood and they have their 135 amp mig welder on sale for $275.00. I think overall Eastwood has pretty good stuff. I have a Miller 135 mig that I am very happy with.
